RETURN POLICY
We have equality warranty and provide after-sale customer service for the product. If any quality issue, please feel free to contact us, we will offer professional instructions and solutions timely.
We guarantee the 2-Month warranty.
For the entire scooter, vulnerable parts like tires, brake discs, horn, dashboard, light etc. are within the scope of half-a-year repair warranty. If the problem caused the man-made operation, we will provide new Replacement parts for free.
During the maintaining period, all the accessory costs and Shipping charge are paid by the buyer side. when buyers the wrong size or wrong color
The seller shall assume no liability for wrong return and refund loss, the buyer should bear more than 20% return charge, and double-way transportation charge should on buyer charge.
The scooter which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
Note: Goods cannot be returned, and orders once accepted by Our Company cannot be canceled, except upon the written approval of Our Company. Before you return items, please contact us first(after-sale Customer Service email address: support@nan-robot.com).
Cut to size items and special orders may not be returned unless it has been determined to be provided in error by Our Company. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges. If the returned goods affect the second sale, our company will be appropriate to charge fees and packaging fees.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nan-robot.com
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. for orders over $50. We also offer free return shipping for any orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 2pm EST will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. Duties and taxes are included in the total cost of your purchase and are paid for by the consignee/buyer, along with the purchase price of the goods, at the time of checkout.
